Paul Joseph Dodd

I got to know Paul when he first became a probation officer. We worked together in a variety of positions in our careers and what I most remember about Paul, other than his intellectual and musical talents, was his extraordinary decency and compassion. His ability to make you feel comfortable, even if disagreeing with you, made him someone whose opinion you always respected. He was truly one of the good ones and the world is a lesser place without him. I am so sorry for his family and many friends.

So sorry Mary and I could not be there. Such fond memories. Paul brought laughter when we were kids. And later in life, wisdom. I always admired him for his career choice. Helping people. Much love...

Paul has always been kind and welcoming to me. He was always listening and understanding and knew just what to say to cheer you up or give you the truth you needed to hear. Over the years of knowing him he has always been the same kind,caring soul that I first met and that is something he instilled in his kids.
He is an inspiration to me as the type of husband and father I can only hope to be like.
He is a great man that will missed.
