Paul Dube Obituary

Paul Maurice Dube, 68 passed away suddenly, Monday, December 1,2025 from a heart attack in Hollis, NH. He was born on April 6, 1957 in Nashua, NH., the son of Paul Adrien Dube and Julienne Blanche Dube (Duchesneau).

He was the husband of Denise Marie Dube (Bathalon). They were married on July 7, 1989 in Nashua, NH. and spent many happy years together.

Paul graduated from St. Francis Xavier School and Nashua High School.

As a young man, he helped local farmers harvest their produce and hay their fields. He spent many years working with cars and trucks as a mechanic. He found his passion driving tractor trailers and operating heavy equipment, working locally in the New England area. "Home every night" he would say.

Paul spent his life always helping anyone - anyway he could. He was someone who always said "because I'm here for you!" with an open heart and open arms. He truly meant it whole heartedly.

He was someone that never wanted to be the center of attention, yet his personality was so big, he always was. He had a wit and unique sense of humor that just came naturally. Only he could get away with some of the comments with a laugh. Sometimes sarcastic, but never vile. And a laugh that was very infectious.

Those who knew him appreciated his lively personality-he could drive you crazy at times, but he was always the first to lend a helping hand or give the shirt off his back.

He was a fiercely loyal, kind-hearted, and deeply loving man. Mostly a private soul that always put your needs first. He enjoyed going for walks with Denise, and long weekends in the White Mountains. Paul enjoyed get-togethers with family and friends.

You could usually hear him whistling or singing. He knew the words to every song on the oldies radio.

Paul loved trains. He said his dream job would be to run a locomotive someday. He was humbly religious and enjoyed going to the French Mass. He was a loving son, devoted to caring for his father for many years after his mom passed. Along with always working hard for his family.

He will be especially missed by his son Paul. They could often be seen together doing whatever or just enjoying a good breakfast. Paul and his son Paul (Pete & Repeat) were always attached at the hip.

He was predeceased by his parents Paul A. and Julienne (Blanche) Dube, sister Marie Ann Godbout, brothers-in-law Maurice Godbout, Bill Fowler, Bob Catanzano, Edward Brown Sr., and Richard Migneault.

Besides his loving and devoted wife, he is survived by his son Paul Albert Dube, Milford NH. His sisters Gloria Catanzano, Pauline Letourneaux and her husband Norman, Theresa Migneault, Denise Robert and her husband Normand, Connie Lounsberry, Claire Fowler, and many nieces and nephews and friends. His mother-in-law Nancy Bathalon.
