With heavy hearts, we share that our beloved Paul Vernon Four Bear entered eternal rest on February 1, 2025, at the young age of 20. Born On December 23, 2004, in Wolf Point, Montana, to Pauline Lee (Albert Lee) and Cordell Four Bear, Paul brought so much love, laughter, and joy to those around him.
Paul had a natural gift for working with his hands. From a young age, he loved building things, fixing up cars, and bringing old dirt bikes back to life. He could spend hours tinkering in the garage, always finding something to repair or improve. After high school, he worked at Agland in Poplar before later taking a position as a Maintenance Technician at the Fort Peck Adult Correctional Facility. No Matter where he was, Paul was always drawn to mechanics, eager to learn, build, and create.
Paul had the kind of energy that could light up a room. He loved cruising with music blasting, barbecuing with family, and spending time with his nieces and nephews, who adored him. Whether he was fishing, swimming, shooting hoops at Pool Courts, or pulling off burnouts and cookies, Paul was always having fun and making memories. He had a playful spirit, and no matter what life threw his way, he faced it with a big smile and a joke to make everyone laugh.
Paul was kind-hearted, always willing to help, and never hesitated to lend a hand. He had a way of making people feel special, leaving a lasting impact on everyone lucky enough to know him.
He is survived by his loving mother, Pauline Lee; father, Cordell Four Bear; grandmother Mary Pauline Boxer; siblings Erika Sadler (Devin), Dae'Shanna Four Bear (Racquel), Arimani Katoa (Shanel), and Angel Four Bear; aunties Alberta Eagle (Miguel), Shirley Red Eagle and family, and many more; uncles Arnold Eagle and Matt Red Eagle (Vanessa); paternal aunties Rena Williams, Meda Lukkason, and Arden Necklace; cousins Lori Smoker (Scott), Paula Bighorn, Loren Eagle, Malachi Sennett, Mykyah Sennett, Tiana Four Bear, Tarryn Four Bear, Taliah Four Bear, Felix Necklace, Marcel Four Bear, and many more who loved him dearly.
Paul has been welcomed home by those who went before him-his paternal grandfather, Virgil Four Bear; uncle Joray Four Bear, Roberto Patino, Jr.; and aunties Alphine Necklace, Noreen Four Bear, and Vernelle Four Bear. Though he is no longer by our side, his spirit lives on in every laugh, every story, and every moment shared in his memory.
Paul's love, laughter, and kind spirit will never be forgotten. Though he left us too soon, we take comfort in knowing he is at peace, surrounded by love, watching over us with that same bright smile.
