Paul E. Hall, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2025, in Dayton, Ohio, at the age of 79. Born on May 5, 1946, in Monterey, Tennessee to the late, Sidney and Ethel Hall. Paul was known for his ornery yet loving personality, which endeared him to many throughout his life. Paul's dedication to his family was evident in everything he did.
He is survived by his cherished wife, Olean Hall. Paul took immense pride in his children, Andy (Kristina) M. Hall and his late daughter, Penny Massie. His legacy will continue through his grandchildren, Kira, Thea, Keegan, and Nolan (Samantha), as well as his great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Miles, Violet, and Liam.
Paul had a remarkable attention to detail. He was deeply engaged in projects around the house, often found in his garage, passionately working on cars, particularly his treasured 1966 Chevy C10. Known as a handyman and a mechanic to his loved ones and a loyal friend, he was always willing to lend a helping hand, showcasing his commitment to those he cared about.
Paul E. Hall will be remembered for his unwavering love for family, his tireless work ethic, and his generous spirit. He leaves behind a rich legacy of love and support that will resonate with those who were fortunate enough to know him.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 from 12:30-1:30pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424. The service will follow at 1:30pm. Paul will be laid to rest at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
