Paul R. Henry, age 92 of Worcester passed away on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Doris (Abysalh) Henry.
He is survived by his sons, William Henry of Worcester, Paul Henry and his wife, Eleanor of Las Vegas, and his daughter, Patricia Henry-Taylor and her husband, Jerry of Worcester; six grandchildren, Kim Reyes and her husband, Jose, Bill Henry and his wife, Shawna, Shea Taylor, Michaela Taylor, Courtney Taylor and Mia Henry; his five great-grandchildren, Christopher, Maya, Shawn, McGregor and Rose; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife; parents, Martin and Catherine Henry; brothers Robert, Marty, Billy, Whitey, Tom, Jackie and Mike and his sisters, Maureen and Kathleen.
Paul proudly served his country in the United States Army in Germany for four years. He was retired from the Worcester DPW where he gave 45 years of service and was a member of the Vernon Hill Post 435 AL.
Family and friends are welcomed to a celebration of Paul’s life with visiting hours from 4:00 until 7:00pm on Monday, April 7, 2025 at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester. A funeral Mass will be held 11:00am Tuesday, April 8th at Sacred Heart Parrish, 596 Cambridge Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Park, 217 Richards Ave., Paxton.
