Paul Nicholas Kiselica age 83 of Harrison, formerly of Garden City, Michigan passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Paul honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Paul was united in marriage to Ms. Marcia Raymond on June 12, 1961 in Metro Detroit. Mrs. Kiselica preceded him in death on March 3, 2001. Paul was then united in marriage to Ms. Nancy Cauchi on October 10, 2002 in Las Vegas, Nevada, Nancy preceded him in death on May 6, 2022. Mr. Kiselica retired from Garden City Police Department on March 5, 1999 as a Detective Sergeant after twenty-six years of dedicated and loyal service to his community.
Paul had resided in Harrison since 1999, moving from Garden City. He enjoyed living on the lake, where he could fish endlessly. He also enjoyed boating, bowling, watching police television series, especially Blue Bloods. His most memorable time was spent with family and friends.
Surviving Mr. Kiselica are his two daughters; Debbie Makowski of Huron Township, Michigan and Christi Parris and husband Bill of Livonia, Michigan, one son-in-law, Paul Richards of Dexter, Michigan, nine grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, plus numerous extended family members and friends. Paul also was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Sherry Richards, one son-in-law, John Makowski and one brother, Robert Kiselica.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 13, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1:00 p.m., at John N. Santeiu and Son Funeral Home, 1139 North Inkster Road, Garden City, Michigan 48135. Military honors will be presented to Mr. Kiselica immediately following funeral service. Entombment will be in Cadillac Memorial Gardens West, Westland, Michigan. Memorial gifs in memory of Paul may be considered to: American Heart Association or Alzheimer's Association.
