Paul Lee Ladd, age 86, a longtime Lane, OK resident. He was born on Saturday, October 28, 1939, to Cecil and Louella Mae (Cook) Ladd, at their home in Atoka, OK. Paul passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Medical City Plano, Plano, TX. He graduated from Atoka High School. Paul was a carpenter, building cabinets, truck driver, and a bus driver for Lane Public School. Paul proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He married Billie Ruth (Porterfield) in November 1962, she preceded him in death on April 17, 2011. He later married Mary (Jenkins) in 1997 in Rockwall, TX, she preceded in death on January 23, 2022, they celebrated 25 years of marriage together. Paul was a member of Lane Baptist Church. He enjoyed going to community centers and playing dominoes and he loved spending time with his family and friends.
Paul is survived by his son, Richard Ladd and wife Scharlene of Lane, OK; grandson, Zachary Ladd of Austin, TX; granddaughter, Terrie Lee Ladd of Hutto, TX; niece, Angela Smith; nephew, Billy Skaggs; along with other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Louella Mae (Cook) Ladd; wives, Billie Ruth Ladd, Mary "Mitzie" Ladd; siblings, Noel Ladd, Ruth Adamson.
