Paul Lovenshimer

Circleville Paul Lovenshimer, 94, of Circleville passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025. He was born on August 17, 1931 in Yellowbud, Ohio to Pearl and Myrtle (McCollister) Lovenshimer. Paul was a 1949 graduate of Circleville High School. He loved his hometown and especially enjoyed the Pumpkin Show. Paul was a longtime member of Northridge Church of Christ. He loved fishing with his friends, camping, traveling, mushroom hunting and a good game of cards with whoever would take he and Leona on. Even though he was quiet he was a great storyteller and loved to laugh. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Robert, Richard and Corrine. Paul a Navy Veteran is survived by his wife Leona (Hahn) Lovenshimer; children Kim (Dave) Frericks of Circleville, Kellie (Brian) Archer of Powell; grandchildren Marah (Maxfield Bennett) Archer, Ridge (Salvia Jannat) Archer, Andrea (Aaron) Sommers and by many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Chaplain Stan Kirtlan officiating with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery.
