Paul Murray Mackrell Sr.

Paul was born on April 1, 1925 and passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2016. Paul was a resident of Hagerstown, Maryland at the time of his passing. He graduated from Olyphant High School in Pennsylvania. He served in the United States Navy on the LST 492 and LST 512 during the Invasion of Normandy and the Invasion of Southern France. He was married to Theresa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday November 11 2016 at 1:30 pm at St. Joseph's Catholic Church 17630 Virginia Avenue Hagerstown MD with the Rev. John Jicha as celebrant. Family will receive friends at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home 1331 Eastern Blvd. North Hagerstown MD Thursday November 10 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Interment will be at the Rest Haven Cemetery Hagerstown MD. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Doey's House co Hospice of Washington County 747 Northern Ave. Hagerstown MD 21742.
