Paul E. Mattingly

Paul Mattingly, Sr., 67, formerly of Breckinridge County, Kentucky passed away on November 7, 2014 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born on March 21, 1947 in Breckinridge County, to the late Gobel Mattingly and Mary W. Carman. Paul was a member of Masonville Baptist Church. He was a Navy Veteran and worked as a painter. Some of his enjoyments were fishing, Nascar, and spending time with friends. He is preceded in death by two sisters and a brother. Survivors include three sons, Paul Mattingly, Gary Mattingly, and Brian Mattingly all of Owensboro; two daughters, Kim Goff of Falls of Rough, and Jessica Sanner of Owensboro; four brothers, Leroy Mattingly, Clarence Mattingly, Randy Carman, and Melvin Carman; 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Memorial Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory in Owensboro. Visitation will be from 12:00-3:00 on Tuesday at the funeral home.
