Paul Ira Nippes

I have known Paul since 1959 when I met him in Elliott Company, Ridgeway, PA where I spent the summer
as a trainee. He is a world-class gentleman and I have always enjoyed meeting him during the IEEE meetings
of the Power Engineering Society. I will truly miss him. Heartfelt condolences to his wife Marylin and the rest
of the family.
