Paul was our next-door neighbor at Château Blanc for a decade Paul was a gentle giant he was kind he was dedicated and honest We live in Hawaii 25% of the year and we get excellent raw tuna but the best we ever had came from Paul We will miss this charismatic man Paul was a wealth of information and always had interesting topics to discuss
He was an excellent chef and treated us to dinner many times RIP
