Paul Pelkey was an extraordinary man and cared so much for everyone in his life. He would do anything and everything for the ones he loved. I am so honored to have known him and grateful to him for choosing to be a dad to me and my brother and welcome us into his family when he didn't have to. He will always be in our hearts and memories
