Paul was born on December 16, 1963, to parents James and Lois Pepera. He grew up in a large, close-knit family and carried that love and loyalty throughout his life. Paul worked many decades at Minneapolis Oxygen where he formed lasting friendships and was known for his hard work and reliability.
