Paul A. Roy, 70, of Manchester, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2024 at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack, with his loving family at his side.
Born in Lowell, MA, he is the son of the late Albert and Claire Roy. Raised and educated in Lowell, Paul married the love of his life, Penny Giddings, 1992. The couple settled in Manchester to raise their family.
