Paul is survived by Lori Sachs his wife of 43 years. Three sons, Jason Sachs, wife Tomomi and granddaughter Emi Jade of Hanover Park, Illinois, Justin Sachs and fiancée Atsuko of Tokyo, Japan, and Jared Sachs and wife Chrissy of New Bern, NC; Two brothers, Donald Sachs of New York City, NY, and David Sachs and wife Debra of Freeland, PA. Paul is also loved and will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Paul was a proud Nittany Lion and graduated from Penn State with a degree in Civil Engineering. He was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan. He was an avid car enthusiast, washing his own fleet weekly along with attending car shows and cruise nights any chance he got. Paul also had a long career as a Professional Land Surveyor. He was enjoying his retirement in North Carolina.
Above all, Paul will be remembered as a man who loved his family deeply. They were his pride and joy, and he dedicated himself to their happiness and well-being.
A Celebration of Paul's Life will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 10am at Two Rivers Church, 3321 Neuse Blvd, New Bern, NC 28650.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Paul's memory to the American Cancer Society, donate.cancer.org.

Sad to hear of Pauls passing. I had the pleasure of spending many July days at Chryslers at Carlisle with him and family. Always a great time with lots of laughs. I'm going to miss him this July but he will be in my thoughts. My condolences to his family and may he RIP
