Mr. Sadler was a teacher to his core. He never made it easy, but you never doubted that he was there to teach you every inch of the subject. If you gave him the effort, he'd make sure you learned. You always knew he cared. He left an imprint - a very good one. My prayers and condolences to the family.

Met at McQuaid Jesuit. Big guy with a hearty laugh. Always Happy.
My Mother lived, as a child, on Diem Street across the road from Paul´s home.

I was a track and field coach at Rush Henrietta in the 70s and knew Paul very. well. A true student of the throws. Worked as a track official with Paul as well. Prayers to his family. Paul will be missed

Dear Barbara and Ellen, My name is Laurie Farber, and I taught at McQuaid in the early 2000's for nine years. I extend my heartfelt condolences on Paul's passing. He was a wonderful and respected colleague; he was easy to talk with and was a phenomenal teacher. The kids adored him, and so did the faculty. I used to work out in the McQuaid weight room after school, and many times Paul would help me, giving me new exercises or gently correcting my form. The world is a lesser place without him. Most sincerely, Laurie

Paul was my shot-put and disc coach from 1976 to 1980 at McQuaid Jesuit. I kept in contact with him through the 1980s, via the GRTC, until I moved away. He not only taught me shot and disc technique, but a love for competition, not only with others, but more importantly, myself. Through his guidance and by the nature of the sport we both love, I realized that I may not always be the best, but If honest with myself; truthful in personal effort, I can be the best I can be. Although I hadn´t seen him in thirty years, his influence on my life remains. I´m saddened by his passing. My condolences to his wife and daughter
