Paul Schmier, 94 formerly of Las Vegas, California and Allentown, passed away on December 17, 2025 at the Delaware Valley Veterans Home, Philadelphia, PA. Paul was an accountant at 20th Century Fox Studios in California until retiring. After retirement, Paul was a realtor at Rossam Realty in Las Vegas. Born in Brooklyn, New York he was the son of the late Jacob and Bertha (Glasner) Schmier. He grew up in Allentown and was a graduate of Muhlenberg College with a degree in Accounting. He was a member of Temple Beth El, Allentown and a former member of Temple Beth Shalom in Las Vegas. He was an active member of the Democratic Party in Las Vegas and previously in Allentown. Paul was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors: Daughter: Stephanie Schmier wife of Fernando Cervantes, Son: Bruce Schmier and a Granddaughter: Maggie Cervantes.

A graveside service was held on Friday, December 19, 2025 at Beth El Memorial Park, Whitehall.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Paul's memory to Muhlenberg College 2400 W. Chew St. Allentown, PA 18104.
