Paul Shved Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Turner Funeral Home, Inc. - Chattanooga on Dec. 6, 2024.
Paul Shved, 38, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Paul and his twin brother were born on August 11, 1986 to Ludmilla and Ilya Shved. He moved to America thirty-six years ago, when he was just two years old. His faith in God was evident from a very young age being raised in a Christian home. Paul graduated from Ooltewah High School in 2004 and made a confession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ at age 18 through water baptism.
Paul was a very caring, loving brother who would give the shirt off his back, if needed, to help anyone out. He was loyal and saw the best in people, always putting others first. Paul was the kindest, sweetest soul that you would ever meet. He was skilled in many areas with a love for cars and mechanical work.
He left behind both parents, seven siblings, three nieces and two nephews, whom he loved dearly.
Words cannot express how much we will miss Paul, our dearest brother. We didn't realize how much Paul was truly loved until he was unexpectedly taken from us. We will cherish forever the memories we made with him.
Romans 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at Turner Funeral Home in Chattanooga, TN. A funeral service will follow in the chapel with Pastor Stephan Garasimchuk officiating.
The service will be live streamed at the following link: Click Here
Paul will be laid to rest in Lee Cemetery in McDonald, TN.
