Paul Strauser

Paul was born on March 13, 1927 and passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018. Paul was a resident of Shell Rock, Iowa at the time of passing. He was raised in Clarksville and attended the Clarksville High School. Paul then entered the United States Navy, where he did his basic training in Chicago, preparing for the invasion of Japan. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 5, at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Shell Rock where the family will greet friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 6, at Faith Lutheran Church in Shell Rock with Pastor Kim Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Shell Rock with Avery-Slight American Legion Post #393 of Shell Rock giving honors.
