Paula Camp Obituary
Paula was a graduate of Bradford Area High School. She went from there to serve with honor in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War era until she retired after 20 years as a master sergeant, E7. After military service, she worked in a manpower office as a civilian for the U.S. Air Force for a while then found employment in the North Carolina State Education office, where she worked until she successfully retired for a second time.
A memorial service was held June 9, 2024, at Clarksville Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Greg Randall officiating. Inurnment with military honors is now scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025, in Arlington National Cemetery.

Earlier today
Paula was close to my youngest brother's age. My memories are from when we were young. I always enjoyed visiting her family. Our mothers were sisters. Uncle Vearl was always teasing me & making me laugh. I have no cousins my age on mom's side of our family. I was better Paula & Mona in age & we played together. Paula was my only cousin that grew up to join the service. She wasn't able to share in the visits after that. I remember being proud of her and missing her. She moved around to where her duties took her. We all went our separate ways and lost track of each other. I missed her & always thought about her. May you have a grand time of visiting all of our family members in Heaven. Love your little cousin. Until I see you someday.
