Polly is survived by her loving husband Dan.
Children: Lynn (Tim) Van Alstine, John (Peggy) Figiel, Jim (Donna) Figiel, Jane (Doug) Armitage, Peter (Robin) Figiel, Tom Figiel, and Maria Krueger. Eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded by her parents, her brother, three sisters and Son-in Law Doug Krueger.
The Requiem Mass will be at St. James Catholic Church in Rockford, Illinois-Friday April 22, 2022, at 11:00 am. A visitation begins at 10:00am. Sundberg Funeral Home, 215 North Sixth Street, Rockford, Illinois is handling the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Northern Illinois Hospice, Alzheimer's Association and Guiding Eyes for the Blind.

I have her picture on my fridge and everyday I think I am so lucky to have had the chance to hang out with her. I am so happy my kids were able to meet her too!

Your mom was THE BEST!!! She had my son and daughter at St. Bridget´s, and was so caring and full of the best humor! I was so sad to hear she had passed away, but went to her eternal home. Sending prayers and condolences on the loss of your father!
