Paula was always "Sista" to me. I can't remember when I first called her Paula. She was the namesake of our beloved grandfather, Daddy Paul. Yes. She had stories I wished she had published. So heart warming and funny, especially the way she told them. I wish I had the story about the pet crow and it's, sadly, demise on a power line. She truly loved animals. I have a portrait of my Lilly she did for me.
I recall my childhood running after her and our friends in the neighborhood. She told me she recalled her childhood of running in front of me to escape the dreaded younger brother. She'll be missed by me. Her memory will live on with me!
