Paula, Ott and Cookie were like a second family to us. We spent many Christmas Eve's after midnight Mass together while growing up. Cookie would make a fancy ham with pineapple and cloves and all the trimmings. I'll never forget all the fun times we had. Cherish the memories. She will be greatly missed.

My name is Anita Campbell. I was one of the Lickteig girls who ran around with Paula when we were young. She was a year younger than me, but I remember walking from school up to the "Store" that her parents ran in Saint Benedict, Iowa every day after school. Out parents were close friends so Paula and I did a lot of things, including babysitting and going on outings together.
I know Paula will be missed by many many people. You now have an angel watching over you from heaven

I´m deeply saddened to hear of Paula´s passing. I so looked forward to seeing her at Sunrise whenever I volunteered with activities. She was so much fun to be around. She will truly be missed! My sympathies to all of her family!

Remember many fun times in St. Benedict. Sleepovers, choir practice with my sister Joyce. She was so fun to be around and we had many great times. Rest in peace Paula. May the Lord embrace all of you and guide you through this difficult time.

I only got to know Paula through Sr. Citizens after I lost my husband. In reading her obituary, she graduated Bishop Garrigan with one of my old boyfriends, Jerry Bradley and his friends. Especially enjoyed playing cards with her at the Senior Center. Sending prayers for strength and comfort to her family!

I´m very sorry to learn this information of your mother my heart and prayers go out to all of you. I didn´t know her very well, but I met her many many years ago and I always felt she was a very nice lady. Then I lost track after her and Gary got a divorce.
