Paula Denise Starling

I extend my condolences to Paula's family and pray the Lord grant you comfort during this difficult time. Paula and I were schoolmates at Fairview Middle School. She was the sweetest and funniest girl. I saw her many years later at the mall and we stood in a store laughing and hugging the way old friends do as if no time had passed at all. The elders have always said that you never know how much your actions affect people. This is certainly true of Paula. She remained funny, sweet, authentic, and remained an avid reader. I will miss my old friend.

Our deepest sympathies to you, Mrs. Pearl, and the entire family. Losing Paula has been such a shock to all of us, and we cannot imagine the pain of losing a child. Despite everything, Mrs. Paula never let any difficulties get in the way of her love for Aurora and Alina - her kindness and warmth toward them meant the world to us. My heart is deeply saddened by the passing of my dear church/childhood friend, Paula. The memories we shared growing up will always hold a special place in my heart. Praying for comfort and peace for her family and all who loved her. Rest peacefully, Paula-you will always be remembered.
