Paulette is the person who trained me how to feed baby birds. I'm very sorry to see this news. I can say without exaggeration that she was the friendliest, most welcoming volunteer I've encountered. She treated everyone like they belonged, and gave people the confidence to be the best they could be. What a pleasure it must have been to be in her family and to work with her. Please know that she was very highly regarded at Tri-State and will never be forgotten.
