Paulette Oweta Drake, 67, of Belton, died Monday, March 23, 2026, at her home.
She was born September 12, 1958, in Los Angeles, the daughter of Jim Drake and Ramona Hardy Drake. The family moved to Texas in 1978. She was a member of the Seneca-Cayuga Nation.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Kenny Briscoe
Survivors include her son Jim Ed Brown; two brothers Jimmy Drake and Dean Briscoe; two grandchildren, Whitney Brown and Brian Brown.
