Paulette Wilson, of Speedwell, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 8, 2026. Born May 16, 1955, in Hartford, Tennessee, she was the beloved daughter of the late Eulas and Mamie Greene.
Paulette was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Helen, Patricia, and Penny; her brothers, R.C., Don, Bill, John B., and Walter; and her nephews, Chris, Randy, and Mark.
Her memory will be cherished by her loving husband, Russell Wilson; her children, Christina (Dustin) Rosas and Joshua (Amanda) LaFleur; and her seven grandchildren. She also leaves behind her sisters, Betty Watkins, Cheryl (Johnny) Valentine, Brenda Vines, Linda Conard, Darlene Houser, and Bridgette (Jackie) Henry; her brother, Ron (Debbie) Greene; and a large, loving circle of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A woman who found peace in nature, Paulette spent her days caring for "God’s little animals." She looked forward to feeding the birds, chipmunks, raccoons, and deer—even giving many of them names. Above all, she found her greatest joy in cooking for her family and showering her grandchildren with love.
In keeping with Paulette’s private nature and final wishes, the family will honor her life with an intimate graveside gathering. She will be laid to rest beneath the cedar tree she planted on family land, just as she wished. Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel in Harrogate is honored to be serving the Wilson family.
