Pauline did so much for Stuart as a leader and a doer, and her spirit lifted everyone up and kept energy moving forward. She was a true leader, and a creative problem-solver. Though we were at Smith together, I got to know her only while working with her on the Cor Unum campaign, as Stuart parents. My condolences to Bill and to her beloved family.

Pauline was a blessing to Stuart! I admired her leadership and loving support in all our endeavors. Every Christmas i looked forward to the picture of her, Bill and all of their children, their spouses and grandchildren. A beautiful family -holding each and every one of them in my prayers. I was very saddened to hear of Pauline´s passing. Her love of Stuart and her commitment to its community were inspirations to many of us. As was her ability to speak her mind while respecting others who spoke theirs as well. But I what I remember most is her laugh - how heartwarming it was and how it lit up her face and, quite often, the entire room.
Sending our thoughts and prayers to Bill and her family.

I read with sadness and shock of Pauline´s death . I worked closely with here at Stuart and loved her sense of humor, her humility - and most of all her creativity. I have lost touch over the years but I will always remember her with great fondness. My thoughts go out to Bill and hew family .

It is with profound sadness to learn about Pauline's passing. This gentle, loving, caring woman was one of the best people I have ever known. Over the years we remained in contact with one another by sharing birthday greetings. Pauline never forgot. Pauline was so special, and I will miss her.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Bill and the entire Egan family.

Never about her. Always about family, friends or the organizations she supported. Cashmere was a lighthouse guiding those she valued through the rocky shoals of life. That light may be gone but will be forever treasured.
