Pauline Annette Kraszewski

KRASZEWSKI, Pauline Annette (nee Segesta). December 8, 2025. Age 83. Beloved wife of Walter for 51 wonderful years. Proud and adored mother of David (Jason) and Christopher (Andrea). Loving sister of Benedict (the late Mary Lou) Segesta, Sam (the late Nan) Segesta and the late Robert Segesta.

Pauline was usually the one who got things done for others no matter what. Her careers expanded over 44 years including a 15 year hiatus to raise her family. Now the support that SHE received during the last few years of her illness from family and friends reflects a loyalty that finds its origins in love. If there is a wisdom to be found in the trials an illness can bring it must be the knowledge that human beings are capable of the kind of love and loyalty that transcends not only the physical debasement of an illness but even the spiritual weariness that can accompany it. Thank you to those people.

Visitation Monday 2-9pm at Wujek - Calcaterra & Sons Inc., (Shelby) 54880 Van Dyke at 25 Mile Rd. Instate Tuesday from 9:30am until time of 10am Mass at St. Paul of Tarsus Church, 41300 Romeo Plank Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48038. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Church where they were married 51 years ago Sts Peter & Paul Jesuit Church, 438 St Antoine , Detroit, MI 48226.
