Pearl Nadine Byrd, a loving mother, cherished grandmother, devoted sister, and

faithful friend, entered into eternal rest on May 27, 2025 at the age of 64.

Nadine was born on March 24, 1961 in Fresno, CA to parents Archie Richard Byrd

Sr., and Pearl Lee Tooks. Nadine was a beacon of light to all who knew her. She

was raised with strong values of faith, family, and service-principles that guided

her throughout her life. Nadine possessed a quiet strength, a nurturing heart,

and an unwavering dedication to those she loved.

Nadine found joy in life's simple blessings-preparing home-cooked meals,

sharing stories around the table, dancing, and scratching lottery tickets. Her

warm presence could fill a room.

Nadine was a woman of deep faith and was baptised on her journey of life. She

was always lending a helping hand, a listening ear, and a delicious plate of food.

Her legacy is reflected in the lives she touched, the values she instilled, and the

love she gave freely and abundantly.

She was preceded in death by her son Donald Ray Newsome Jr., parents Pearl

Lee Tooks and Archie Richard Byrd Sr. Grandparents Mary Byrd, Archie Byrd Sr.,
