Pearl M. Phillips, 92, passed away Thursday December 18, 2025. She was born May 22, 1933 in Oak Hill, WV to the late Denver and Pearl Evans. Pearl took classes to become a minister and was a devote Christian for the Church of God. She was a Sunday School teacher and also led Bible Studies. She loved to talk to anyone about the Lord. She also loved her cats. Most importantly Peal enjoyed spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Phillips Sr.; children, Cecil Phillips Jr., Dennis Phillips, Troy Phillips, Clora Phillips, Joseph Ray Phillips, Debbie Burke and Sabrina Marcel Phillips . Pearl is survived by her children, Jimbo (Ruth) Phillips, Steve Phillips, Trina Everett, Jeffrey Phillips and Martha Lily (Junior) Henderson; 20 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and brother, Melvin Evans.
Per her wishes cremation has taken place. Her ashes will be scattered back home in West Virginia.
