Peggy J. Belcher of Lake Wales passed away peacefully on Monday, December 22, 2025.
Born February 16, 1946 in Vanndale, Arkansas, she moved to Central Florida many years ago.
When she was younger, she enjoyed gardening.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Belcher; and grandchildren, Cody Walters and Jordan Belcher.
Survivors include her daughter, Tina Marie Walters and her husband Greg, from Lake City, Florida; her son, James Belcher and his wife Mary of Lake Wales, Florida; brothers, Jerry Carter and his wife Rebecca of Wynne, Arkansas, Clyde Carter and his wife Catherine of Vanndale, Arkansas, Cecil Carter of Heber Springs, Arkansas, and Elton Carter of Wynne, Arkansas; sister, Carolyn Evans of Vanndale, Arkansas; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A private service will be held at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
