West Columbia, South Carolina - Peggy M. Conner, 92, of West Columbia, peacefully returned to the arms of her Lord and Savior on March 17.
Peggy was born in Conway, SC, and married John D. Conner. Her family would describe her as a modest, country woman who found happiness in life's simple joys.
She is predeceased by her husband.
She is survived by her sons, Jimmy Cole Conner and John Dennis Conner Jr; sisters, Ernestine Richardson and Sarah Norris; brother, Grag Martin; grandchildren, Jennifer Junge and Lindy Conner; and great-grandchildren, Audrey, Ezra, and Ben.
Peggy will be deeply missed by her family.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 20, at 12pm at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, 4720 Augusta Road Lexington, SC 29073. A graveside service will follow at Southland Memorial Gardens 700 W Dunbar Rd W, West Columbia, SC 29170.
