Peggy is survived by sons, Richard (Katherine) Debruler, Harold (Elana Parker) Smith, Jessie (Mary Beth) Smith, Ronald (Doreen) Annis; daughter, Anna Smith; significant other, Harlan Fryman; three brothers; sisters, Peanut, Lois, and Barbara; and seven grandchildren.
