Peggy Marie Templet, 59, of Kentwood, Louisiana, passed away surrounded by love. Peggy was known for her strength, her big heart, and the way she always made people feel cared for.
A longtime caregiver, Peggy devoted much of her life to helping others, bringing comfort and laughter wherever she went. Her kindness extended to all living things — especially her beloved dog, Maxwell, and the many cats she lovingly fed and watched over.
Peggy’s outgoing spirit and compassion touched everyone who knew her. She was a light in her community and a source of steady love for her family.
She is survived by her husband, Marcelo; her children, Kenneth (Maria) and Brooke; and her sister, Rita. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmie and Pat.
Peggy will be remembered for her warmth, her generosity, and her unshakable strength. Her love continues to live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know her.
