Pem and I had many connections through the years. In middle school and high school she lived a few houses from me in Churchland and our families went to the same church. I spent many hours at her house. Once we had families of our own we became reacquainted at Westwood Hill Baptist and our children became friends. We both were members of Bible Study Fellowship and I enjoyed getting to know Pem even better. Now our grandchildren are friends. Pem was a kind and caring person who loved Jesus. My heart goes out to all her family and I pray you all experience God's comfort. I am sad I could not be at the visitation to hug you all.

Wade, Tara, Rachel, and Trey I am very saddened to hear about Pem's passing, but rejoice in knowing she is with our Lord and Savior. Pem was one of the nicest and sweetest people I ever met, and one of the prettiest. I have many nice memories of her and your family at Westwood Hill Baptist. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
