January 25, 1952 – July 5, 2023
Penny passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in Grand River Hospital Freeport Campus on Wednesday July 5, 2023, at age 71.
Penny is survived by her loving husband of 39 years Dwight, her daughter Nicole and grandchildren Breanna, Ethan, and Morgan. She will be missed by her siblings, Dwight's Family, many nieces and nephews as well as her dear friends.
Penny is predeceased by her parents and one of her brothers and one of her sisters.
Penny loved to sew, she made countless outfits for her family and loved ones. She was an amazing quilter, anyone who received one of her quilts knew they were made with love. Penny and Dwight made many wonderful memories on their trips to Florida, going every year they were married.
A special thank you to the staff at Grand River Hospital Freeport Campus Palliative Care for the support and care they showed Penny and her family while she was there.
A Celebration of Penny's Life will take place in the Fireside Reception Room of the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street S. Waterloo on Sunday, July 16th from 1:00- 3:00 pm with remarks at 2:00 pm. Cremation will have taken place and a private family interment will be held at Parkview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, condolences for the family and donations to Grand River Hospital Freeport Campus Palliative Care may be arranged through the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street S. Waterloo at www.erbgood.com
