Penny Hathaway

We met Penny and Joe at NASCAR many years ago through our mutual buddy Tom. We would always hang out and share a beer, sometimes two, and shoot the bull at the races. Many nights around the fire pit or in the RV, Penny would make sure that everyone had what they needed and was comfortable. Penny was always so genuinely nice and treated everyone like family. If we didn't see them for a year, we could walk right up and talk as if we were just together last week. Penny was very gracious, generous, sweet, giving, and always put everyone before herself. I am proud to say that we are her friends and we will greatly miss her smile and generosity everytime we see Joe and his family. Frances and I are very sorry for your loss, a loss for many, and we hope that time will heal your sadness. She will never be forgotten and will be truly missed.
