She was born June 18, 1967, in Baltimore, Maryland, a daughter of the late Christian R. Baker and Jackie Behegan Baker.
Penny was the Chief Financial Officer of WVHotSpot.net. She was an avid animal lover, especially of rabbits and dogs. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling with her husband Thom and taking rides in their Jeep.
Survivors include her loving husband of 23 years, Thom Hinton; three sisters, Loreen (Todd) Prescott of Perry Hall, MD, Dawn Ashford of Havre de Grace, MD, and Pearce Terry of Cincinnati, Ohio; she is also survived by many special friends whose lives she touched over the years including Michael, Austin, and Andy who she thought of as sons.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
