Survived by husband Douglas; sons Tommy Meintzer and Frank Lovings III; daughters Tiffany Lovings and Whitney Graham; granddaughter Lesliegh Lovings; parents Pat and Susan Parsons; sisters Heidi Parsons and Michelle (Jim) Nekuda; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
VISITATION at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church (96th and Melissa – LaVista) Friday 5-8pm. FUNERAL Saturday 10am Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church - LaVista. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery. Memorials requested to the family. BETHANY FUNERAL HOME

I cannot believe it will be 5 years already! You are missed every day. Life is not the same without you. Lots of changes have happened, both happy and sad. Today we as family met to reminisce about all the good time we had and shared a lot of good times. Penny was a very special lady. i have known her for a very long time. I remember the 3 girls and I playing with barbies at there house off of 38th street. I would babysit them and play with them all. Penny was more than anyone could wish for in an Aunt. She was all ways willing to listen to you and help you out whenever she could and no matter what when she said she would do something she would do it. Years ago a flyer on our door from 3 girls guided us to the Parson Family. All 3 girls babysat for us, mainly Penny. She & her family have always been our family since then & I know personally I have lost someone so very dear to me & dear to many others. You are in my prayers & heart always.
