LUKINS, Penny L.

Age 68, passed away at her home on Monday, April 24, 2023. Penny was born in Pontiac, Michigan on February 28, 1955, the daughter of the late Edward and Helen (Wilcox) Neal. Penny was a gentle and kind soul who loved her family and helping others. She enjoyed collecting things, especially teddy bears and TY Beanie Babies. Penny will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert F. Lukins on April 26, 2018 and her daughter, Merrilee Lukins on January 16, 2023. Penny is survived by her only remaining child, Phillip (Veronica Weiss) Lukins; grandson, Edward Lukins and granddaughter, Jillian Lukins. In accordance with Penny's wishes, cremation will take place and no service is scheduled.
