Percy Osborn, age 69, of Bismarck, Arkansas passed away peacefully in his sleep. At the time of his passing, he was surrounded by his family.
Percy was born on May 16, 1956, in Monroe, Louisiana to Larche and Lois Osborn. Percy grew up in West Monroe, LA where he graduated high school. Percy came from humble family beginnings and continued to walk through life a humble southern man. From a young age, he was a provider and never afraid of work. It was then that he fell in love with hunting. While hunting was undoubtedly one of his favorite past times, he also enjoyed several other things. He enjoyed reading with a passion, watching NASCAR and football, spending time with his loved ones, and going to Pine Grove Church of God while he lived in Louisiana.
Percy was a man of few words and when he entered a room, he carried a presence with him and we all seen it. He was a loving and devoted husband and father.
He is proceeded in death by his parents Larche and Lois Osborn, his sister Alice and brothers Ray and Ronnie Osborn. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Cindy Osborn, son Shane (Misty) Osborn, Jonathan Doster, Dean (Julie) Marine, Gary (Hannah) Osborn, Brandon (Amber) Osborn, and daughter Amanda (Joshua) Roeck, siblings Wanda Silen, Marie Oswald, Ann Wilson, Steve “Tommy” Osborn, Eva Langley, and Allen Osborn. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Percy’s memorial will be held Saturday January 10 th , 2026 at Bismarck Pentecostal Church at 2:00pm.
