Perla Tan Miller

Perla Tan Miller, age 72, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on September 16, 2024. Perla was born to Tony Tan and Rosa Tan on December 19, 1951 in Manila, Philippines, and was united in marriage to Donald Miller on November 30, 1971, also in the Philippines. She worked for VIP Corporation as a quality control inspector for 20 years till her retirement in 2012. She was a member of the Catholic Church, and will always be remembered for being available to help her family and friends.
Perla was preceded in death by her parents, Tony Tan and Rosa Tan; and her brother Rennie Tan. She is survived by her husband Donald Miller; 2 sisters and 4 brothers; numerous nephews and nieces; and her 2 beloved dogs, Sammy and Maya.
A visitation for Perla will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM, at Greenlawn Funeral Home East in Springfield, Missouri. A Graveside Service for Perla will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, located in Springfield, Missouri.
