Perry Hall Obituary
Perry Lestor Hall, 73, of Williamstown, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Camden Clark Medical Center.
Perry was born on May 3, 1951 in Marietta to Paul and Juanita {Scott} Hall.
He graduated from Caldwell High School in 1969 and received his associate’s degree from Hocking Community College in 1971. Perry was a member of the U.S. Army Reserves.
Perry married Vickie Board on April 26, 1980.
Perry retired after 42 years as a sales manager at Sears. He was a member of Evergreen Bible Church and was a charter member of the former Faith Bible Church where he served as a deacon, trustee, Sunday School Director, teacher and VBS Director. He loved gardening, cooking, helping others in need, and conversing with family and friends. Perry was blessed to receive both a liver and kidney transplant, which gave him extra years to enjoy his grandchildren.
Perry will be deeply missed by his wife Vickie Hall, daughters Stacia (Victor) Gonzalez and Sarah (Aaron) Coontz; grandchildren Jasmine Gonzalez, Gabriel Gonzalez and Emory Coontz; brother Jerry (Cindy) Hall; as well as many other friends and family.
In addition to his parents, Perry was preceded in death by his granddaughter Luna Gonzalez.
Friends may call Monday, December 9th from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Evergreen Bible Church, 118 W. 9th Street, Williamstown, WV 26187. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the church with Pastor Steve Thibault officiating. Graveside service and burial will follow at Lower Salem Cemetery with Pastor Brad Harris officiating and military rites will be held. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to the Evergreen Bible Church Missionary Fund on the church website or to your state Donate Life Organization.
