Peter John Arzikovic, affectionately known as "RZ", passed away unexpectedly, while on vacation, in Jamaica, Dec 3, 2023. Truly one of his favorite destinations, he was accompanied by his wife, "One Love", Annika, of 38 wonderful years filled with joy and laughter.
Peter was born in Racine, December 11, 1949, son of the late Peter and Jane Arzikovic. Pete was a graduate of Park High School, "Class of 1968". He was a gifted athlete and excelled in basketball and baseball. His love of sports followed him throughout his lifetime. His favorite team being the Baltimore Colts now the Indianapolis Colts.
On August 31, 1985, Pete was united in marriage to Annika Jansson. Along with two former co-workers, Peter started a business venture, a water treatment company, known as Lakeside Water. His belief was that if you work hard enough, things will work out and it did!
Peter will forever be remembered as the life of the party, happy, fun and always full of kindness, and love for everyone.
Peter is survived by his loving wife, Annika; his children, Amy Zenner; Benjamin (Alyssa) Arzikovic, Allyce (Josh) Hearn; grandchildren, Greyson Zenner, Gabrielle Zenner, Olive Arzikovic and Bo Arzikovic; sister, Susan (Mardy) Nersesian, his furry companion, Bubba; nieces, nephews other relatives and many dear friends.
A celebration of his life has been planned for close friends and family at Richard's Bar and BBQ. In lieu of flowers, please donate to RZ's favorite charities,
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, Jimmy V Foundation, or to the Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin.
