Peter A. Brooke

Heartfelt condolences to the Brooke Family. It was an honor to have met Peter and Ann...and to have contributed in a small way.

David L. Hedberg, M.D As a friend of Peter, I grew up in Worcester, was a fellow student at Exeter and Harvard. My brother, Stephen E. Hedberg, M.D. was in Peter's class at Exeter and Harvard and his room mate at Harvard. My father, Herbert E. Hedberg, M.D. was on the Staff at Worcester Memorial Hospital with Peter's father, Percy. Through the years my family followed with admiration and love the amazing life and achievements of Peter and his wonderful family. Rest in peace, pals forever, Peter

Peter became a good friend while I was at Harvard. He always was pleasant, informative and helpful..and a wonderful person to be with. Anne seemed to have 'filled in the cracks', if/when Peter had overlooked something, and also was always fun and helpful. A joy to be with, they must have been great parents...and will be missed by many.

A wonderful, kind man!!! I will never forget his generosity to my family in a time of need. I have so many fond memories of visiting Peter and Anne in Vermont. May he rest in peace.

A great guy, a great man, and a splendid gentleman, Peter, with Anne, led the way for many of us in his wealth of associations. A bounty of us carry his legacy in one way or another. We are better for his presence.

I was saddened to hear of your Dad's passing. Having worked for him in the exciting time he transitioned from TA Associates to developing Advent International, I had such respect for his hard work ethic, insight and vision. But most of all, his dedication and love for the three of you was undeniable. (I was to interrupt even the most important of negotiations if one of you called!) My sympathies to you and your families at this time.

The Curtis family grieves the loss of cousin Peter. He now joins his cousins, Alison Curtis and Paul Lundberg, who will rejoice at their reunion. For every joy that passes, something beautiful remains. Remembering one special person who brought so much to others and to this world. We were blessed to have him in our lives. Everyone at Harvard Athletics and in the Harvard Lacrosse community will miss Peter terribly. Peter was a long-time friend who truly valued the lessons learned by students on our playing fields. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Peter was a true gentleman and a prince to work for, my partner and I worked for Peter for many years in Vermont and he was a joy to be around. He will be sorely missed.
