Dr. Peter A. Burke Sr.

Dr Burke has been a friend and mentor for over 2 decades, we meet in early 2000's while he was heading the SYTERIS R&D and Regulatory groups as Chief Science Officer. We went on to form a partnership and bring a Virox patented Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilant through the FDA and to market (Resert HLD). Dr Burke was the head of our Virox advisory Board for 2 years when he retired from STERIS. His knowledge of the marketplace for sterilants and disinfectants was second to none. We emailed and spoke often and when in town, would meet at Rogues Italian restaurant (Ontario, Canada), his favorite and where we hammered out our license agreement in 2004. I always enjoyed learning from him and it was obvious he was immensely proud of his family and especially grandchildren. People of his talent and intellect, and more so, his ability to connect with and teach others was unmatched, I will miss those conversations forever. Rest in peace my good friend.
