Bro. Peter .as we affectionately called him, was a driver and teacher at Dokpwe Work/Study Center in the Lower Ninth Ward in the late 1970´s. He was a valuable member of our staff and even brought a member of Parliament- music group to the school to talk with the students. RIP Bro. Peter
