When I heard the news my heart was broken, I knew the moment my life will never gone be the same. Uncle P. was not just my friend, he was my father, best friends, my coach , my teacher, my guide of life. We had lots of things in common in our life, playing sports was something we share the most. When I was on the field field he reflected himself on me as when he was young we never gave up the fight to score. He was always full of surprises never afraid to go for what he believes. I inherited the way he live his life and the way of seeing things, he was very realistic and not afraid to die. He was the most humble, friendly, loyal friend, father, coach I have ever met thanks to him I am the man that I am now. He will always live in my memories and heart. RIP Uncle P. with love Jose Oquedo.

Peter was one of the best lacrosse players i ever watched. 2 time 1st team All American . Scored the winning goal in the 1972 NCAA lacrosse final to beat Johns Hopkins 13-12. A quiet leader who let his play show the way. May he rest in peace and know he will never be forgotten by true Wahoo lacrosse fans
